Showy yet undemanding, Liatris spicata ‘Floristan Violet’ is ideal for adding vertical accents and valuable late summer colour to borders and prairie planting schemes. Long-lasting fluffy spires of mauve flowers are produced in August and September, attracting clouds of bees and butterflies to the nectar-rich blooms.
