Rhododendron ‘Marcel Menard’

Deep purple blooms decorate Rhododendron ‘Marcel Menard’ in late Spring. Each flower of this RHS AGM variety is speckled at the throat with coppery-brown flecks. The leathery green foliage is evergreen, providing year-round colour and structure in the garden. This old variety is particularly tough and needs little maintenance once established. A large shrub that will brighten up a shaded corner – perfect for acid borders and woodland gardens. Height and spread: 180cm (70″).
